The object and business purpose of the company is the rendering and marketing of ULD Management Services worldwide.
The collecting, processing and use of data concerning individuals are done only in connection with accomplishment of the business purpose of Jettainer GmbH.
5. Description of the group of targeted persons and of the data and categories of data pertaining to them:
Basically, Jettainer GmbH collects, processes and uses data pertaining to persons in the following groups:
- Employees involved in personnel administration, setting of wages and salaries, and in personnel recruitment, development and training
- Data pertaining to clients and suppliers in the context of fulfilment of contracts
- Client data in the context of customer relationship management (nurturing of customer relationships, marketing actions, disclosure and/or dissemination of information)
- Employee data for performing administrative and executive functions in accordance with data protection using of Microsoft™ Office, office communications with Microsoft™ Outlook and the intranet, as agreed for Jettainer GmbH with the agencies established under the German Industrial Constitution Act.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be disclosed:
Government agencies when required by law or regulation, outside contractors under section 11 of Germany's Federal Data Protection Act, and internal departments engaged in implementing the purposes set forth under item 4 above.
7. When the data is deleted:
After expiration of the retention obligations and periods specified by law or supervisory authorities, the data are routinely deleted. Any data not covered by the foregoing are deleted when the purposes set forth under item 4 above no longer apply.
8. Planned data dissemination to third countries:
To accomplish the processes involved in implementing the company's business purpose, data is disseminated in accordance with applicable international guidelines to government agencies, customers and suppliers in various countries.
