Peter Ahnert is responsible for sales and business development for Jettainer. Before joining Jettainer Peter was Managing Consultant and Principal for Lufthansa Consulting's Air Cargo Business Consulting Practice where he was charged with project acquisition, project management and the development of new consulting services. He also worked in different roles on air cargo and logistics related assignments for a variety of airline and airport clients worldwide, e.g. as project manager for the conceptual process and material handling systems design for the aircraft spares warehouse of a major carrier in the Middle East or the optimization of the central ULD-supply for Lufthansa Cargo in Frankfurt.

In addition to client assignments, Peter has been involved in building up and leadership of a Process Management Practice within Lufthansa Consulting, comprising a team of up to 25 consultants. Peter started his career as a management trainee of Lufthansa German Airlines in various operational and administrative departments, including air cargo and airport operations. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering of Transportation and Logistics from the University of Applied Sciences, Bremerhaven, Germany.
