Dr. Ralf Hoelper is responsible for Jettainer’s
process and information systems engineering.
As IT director, he is in charge of the operations
and maintenance of Jettainer’s technology
applications and infrastructure. Before joining
Jettainer, Ralf was in charge of the operations,
maintenance and support of several technologies
at Lufthansa Cargo AG. In this position he
managed an internal team of more than ten people
along with staff reporting from various IT
suppliers. Prior, he worked within the logistics
and IT division of Mannesmann Dematic AG (today:
Siemens AG) as a software developer and project
manager, where he was responsible for the engineering
and implementation of warehouse management
systems. Ralf studied electrical engineering
and control systems at the Technical University
of Darmstadt, Germany and Ecole Centrale de
Lyon, France. In 1996 he earned a Doctorate
in Electrical Engineering. Ralf is member of
the VDI Supply Chain Management Working Group
and a member of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik
(BVL). |
