JettWare, our IT landscape

Our award winning JettWare IT landscape is all built in-house. JettWare will perfectly communicate with your own IT systems. Communication is mainly based on IATA standard messaging.

JettWare can be explained in three steps, or segments, two of which are used at customer end. The most important one is “JettWare”. This is the web based IT tool for our customers to insert ULD data. The “ULD management cockpit” is a reporting tool for the management of our customer airlines, to keep track on how Jettainer is performing. The third segment is the “ULD Cockpit”, the tool our ULD controllers use to manage your ULD fleets.

Management Cockpit

This is the web based tool making our services fully transparent. At any time, your management can check upon Jettainers performance. Reports can be stored for regular use and working with the IT application you will be using (or your ground handling agents). In this easy to use, simple application, that has been awarded the prestigious Microsoft Supplier award.

Jettainer UCD Cockpit

This is the IT application our ULD steerers use to manage your ULD fleet every day. It incorporates our brand new decision support system (DSS), which assists the ULD steerer with suggestions on simple tasks, based on millions of historical data. This way, the ULD steerer can focus better on complicated tasks. The system suggests, but the steerer always makes the decision.

JettWare / JettWare mobile

This is the IT application you will be using (or your ground handling agents). In this easy to use, simple application, all ULD requests, damages, stock information etc. are being recorded. QR codes on the ULDs as well as mobile devices (pad, phone) make this work paperless and easy.
