Trinity Airways and Jettainer extend ULD management partnership
Jettainer and Trinity Airways, formerly known as T’way Air, have extended their ULD management partnership, building on a successful collaboration that began in 2022. The planned introduction of IoT tracking technology marks the next chapter in the partnership, further strengthening its digital foundation and opening new opportunities for transparency and efficiency.
Since the beginning of the collaboration, Jettainer has supported Trinity Airways in building its ULD fleet from scratch and subsequently developing it in line with evolving requirements. From the outset, the airline has relied exclusively on lightweight ULDs that help reduce aircraft weight, contributing to lower fuel consumption and more efficient operations.
The quality and reliability of Jettainer’s operational support have been key factors in the decision to extend the partnership. The company’s ULD Control Desk (UCD) provides responsive assistance and supports the smooth and highly efficient management of Trinity Airways’ ULD fleet. The close cooperation between the teams has created a strong foundation of trust and collaboration, reinforcing Jettainer’s role as a long-term partner for the airline’s future growth.

“Jettainer has been a trusted and highly committed partner from day one,” says Taesoo Kim, Chief Manager / Cargo Transportation at Trinity Airways. “The team’s responsiveness, expertise and consistent operational support have been instrumental in developing our ULD operations. As we continue to grow, we are confident that Jettainer is the right partner by our side and look forward to building on our successful collaboration in the years ahead.”
The next milestone in the partnership will be the introduction of latest IoT technology. The implementation is expected to further increase transparency and enable even more efficient ULD fleet management, strengthening the digital foundation of Trinity Airways’ operations.
“Since the start of our partnership in 2022, it has been a pleasure to support Trinity Airways on its growth journey and help meet its evolving ULD requirements,” says Thorsten Riekert, Chief Sales Officer at Jettainer. “The contract extension is a strong vote of confidence in our services and, above all, a recognition of the dedication and expertise of our operational teams. We are proud of what we have achieved together so far and excited to take the next step with the with the introduction of IoT technology, supporting Trinity Airways as it continues to grow.”
With the extension of the agreement, Jettainer and Trinity Airways are reaffirming their long-term partnership, combining proven operational excellence with new digital capabilities to support the airline’s continued growth and evolving ULD management requirements.
